Kinesiology session
The sessions are practiced dressed , standing, sitting or lying down, according to your convenience.
At each session there is a meeting phase : for the first session, we start with the anamnesis (discussion and exchanges on your current state and the history that you wish to bring to my attention). Afterwards we take stock of the changes felt since the previous session.
Then we agree on a goal to work towards together .
Then comes the actual work phase . Depending on your body's needs, there will be a phase of searching for information and then a phase of balancing. Sometimes these two phases are mixed.
The balancings can be emotional, physical, energetic or bio-chemical and are adapted to you, because they depend on what your body indicates.
During the session, the person is ACTIVE . They remain present, participate in the discussions, and are as connected as possible to their body and their feelings.
Finally, at the end of the session, there is a phase of integration and transfer : we summarize the awarenesses and the changes to be made in your life.
There may be some reinforcement to be done at home to facilitate integration . It consists of a symbolic act and/or small exercises to be carried out over a given period, according to the needs of your body.
For those who don't like doing homework, rest assured, it's your body that determines whether it's necessary and you are free to do it or not.

How many sessions?
The number of sessions varies from one person to another.
It may be that one session is enough to create the changes needed for your balance.
However, depending on the objective being worked on, an average of 3 sessions may be necessary to remove the layers of protection and thus reach the heart of the subject.
Sometimes regular monitoring over several months is required.
Your body and your desires will dictate the regularity.
In all cases, a minimum of 2 weeks to 1 month is necessary between two sessions to allow your body to integrate the changes from the previous session.
